To create homes that people enjoy living in, we listen first, then consider every aspect – how people and their families live, the site, views and light, materials, heating and cooling, fixtures and fittings, budget, and construction.

We work collaborativley with clients to design unique homes that are enjoyable to live in.

• Design of new houses, alterations, and extensions 

• Visualisation to communicate the design including plans, images, 3d images and walkthrough's, and physical modelling

• Overseeing building resource consent processes

• Assisting in procuring a builder, observing construction, and administering the construction contract
