The answer to "What Makes a Home?" can have as diverse a set of answers as there are people to give them.

To produce successful homes that people enjoy living in, we consider every aspect of a development – firstly how people and their families live, then consider the site, views and light, materials, heating strategy, fixtures and fittings, budget, and construction.

We work collaborativley with clients to design unique homes that are enjorable to live in.

• Visualisation to communicate the design including plans, images, 3d images and walkthrough's, and physical modelling

• Overseeing building resource consent processes

• Assisting in procuring a builder, observing construction and administering the construction contract
